Dear B.O.N.E.S. Family,
It is with a heavy heart I share the passing of our sweet boy Remington. Remy came to us 12 years ago while living on Cape Cod. He was a foster at first but his loyalty and true sense of love of family made him an instant part of our family and it was clear that he was meant to have his forever home with us.
He was such a little escape artist and would always be trying to find new ways to keep us on our toes. I remember one of the first weekends we had him I dropped his leash while walking him along the Cape Cod Canal. He took to running as fast as he could, looking back at me like, "aren't you going to chase me?" I chased him and he was just smiling so big the whole time.
Running was one of his favorite things to do. He loved to go on long runs and walks with his mamma, Karen. You never had to look far for him because he would always be right by your side while doing house work, working from home, cooking dinner, or just anything you could think of. He would be right there by our side. Remy was such a sweet loving boy whom everyone loved.
Remy was by our side through rough times and good times, always knowing exactly what we need to make the day better. He was truly sent to us from God and will forever be our special boy.
Thank you, Remy, for all your love for so many years. Your mama, Karen, and your dad, Josh, will love you forever and ever. You will be missed and we will never be the same without you, our dear sweet boy.
