Lucy (Merchan) (February 12, 2004 - April 23, 2015)

Lucy (Merchan) We adopted Lucy on October 5, 2005. She was one year old when we adopted her, and it was the best decision we made in our lives.

She was our Lucy Bebe, our daughter.

We received so much love, so much joy, so much care, so much understanding, so much patience, so much kindness, and so much loyalty from her during all those ten years.

Your love for the family has was always huge and gentle.

You loved take a walk twice a day; you loved sleeping in my bed next to me; and I Loved having you next to me, my sweet princess.

It is so hard living without you. There is not a day that I don't think about you. I can't stop crying when I see my bed, my life without you, but God wants you with him, and couldn't do anything to keep you safe, because the cancer in your liver was making you suffer.

Thank you for all those years my gotita de amor. You will be always in our hearts. I'll see you in the eternal life, my baby.

Thank you, B.O.N.E.S., for everything you did to have my Lucy in my life.
