This section is devoted to our beloved dogs who are waiting at the Rainbow Bridge. If you would like to include a tribute to your B.O.N.E.S. beagle(s) that crossed to Rainbow Bridge, please send your story and/or photo(s) to tributes@bonesbeagles.org.

We adopted "Bridgette" from B.O.N.E.S. in 2013. She asked us to change her name right away, as she liked the name "Sophie" better.
It was a very appropriate name. She became known as "Sophie Sofa" due to her enjoyment of hanging out on the sofa so much. She was the second beagle we rescued through this great organization.
Recently at the age of fifteen, Sophie had had enough. Early one morning, she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
She was the fourth beagle to join our family and she certainly made us a better one. She was always so kind and even keeled.
Sometimes, we'd have to wake her up to go outside before bedtime. She never would stay in bed - she'd simply do as she was asked, get off her bed, stretch, and follow us outside.
We miss her terribly, but we're trying to focus on all the fond memories and love she left with us.
