Yvonne Vecchia passed away suddenly on November 19, 2008.
Yvonne has been a great long-time friend and supporter of beagle rescue dating back to when we were BREW NE. She was the epitome of what you think of when you say the word "volunteer". She never missed a beat when B.O.N.E.S. was formed from BREW.
Yvonne was a true cheerleader for the beagles. When she was Foster Supply Coordinator, many foster homes reported they received their supplies before they even picked up their foster dog. Yvonne was also a devoted adopter, transporter, home visitor, fund raiser and dedicated advocate for homeless beagles in New England and beyond.
Our hearts go out to her devoted husband Ron Campbell, family members and all who knew and loved Yvonne.
Ron has requested that donations in Yvonne's memory be made to B.O.N.E.S..
Yvonne will be greatly missed but never forgotten by her B.O.N.E.S. family.
