Buster

Buster Buster came to us after our other dog, pharaoh, died suddenly. We adopted him from B.O.N.E.S. after he was rescued from the house in Limmington Maine with 20 other dogs and limited food and water.

BusterHis first night at our place he knocked over our trash can, jumped up on our counter, cornered our cat and howled at her and peed in the corner of our living room. Basicly he behaved like Sid Vicious without the guitar. He had a very rough first few months getting adjusted to living in a house with rules.

We are extremely grateful to Sandy from B.O.N.E.S. for preaching patience to us and encouraging us to hang in there with him. He really started coming into his own and was fully adjusted to our way of life about six months after we adopted him.

It has been two years and Buster is now a wonderful part of our family. He loves to play fetch in our back yard and play with our other dog Noodles and go for long nature walks in the woods.
