We love to hear from stories from our adopters! Each one of these beagles touches our lives in a special way - hearing the "Happy Tails" makes everything we do worthwhile! Below are just a few examples of some of our happy beagle tails!

Read all of the Happy Tails by paging through them below (stories are listed from newest to oldest) or click on a name to go to a specific article.

Canyon

Canyon We adopted Canyon in August, shortly after we had to euthanize our beloved beagle/shepard mix of twelve years. Canyon has filled a void that otherwise would of left us lonely and depressed. We are ever so grateful to B.O.N.E.S. for taking such great care of Canyon in his time of need, and allowing us to adopt him and provide him with a forever home.

It seems Canyon came to B.O.N.E.S. underweight and extremely ill. The emergency vet clinic he was relinquished to believes he had Parvo. His previous owners never vaccinated him. We are so thankful that B.O.N.E.S. gave him a chance, and that his foster Mom, Leanne, nursed him back to health.

Canyon now weighs 33 lbs, is learning what it means to be a good canine citizen, and is enjoying the good life. He loves going for walks, riding in the car, and sleeping under the covers with Mom and Dad after the alarm goes off in the morning. Other favorite activities include chewing bones, tearing apart his "babies", and fetching sticks. Thanks again B.O.N.E.S. for all the hard work you do! We LOVE our little "squiggle butt"!
