Jake

Jake My name is Jake formally "Henry" I was adopted on September 16, 2006. I am so lucky I found such a happy home. I have two beagle sisters who accepted me from day one. On chilly days we all squeeze into one dog bed to keep each other warm.

You see I was in a laboratory used for research testing of new food and drugs. A very nice lady named Carolyn came to my rescue and pulled me out. I then went to my new foster home with another very nice lady named Joy. She taught me that it was OK to potty outside even though I had been going inside for such a long time

I spend my days sunning on the deck and going for a lot of walks. I am trying to get used to the car and so far I am making great strides. I will be going to obedience school soon to try to overcome some of my fears. My number one fear is my Daddy. He is big, loud and very scary but boy does he give me good food.

I am so happy I have a second chance at a good life, Since I gave so much of myself to research I am now cashing in on all the love that I missed out on. Thank you B.O.N.E.S. for taking me in and helping me find my forever home.
