The best part for me about attending the BASH was meeting so many adopters that I had matched up with Beagles. Meeting the Beagles and seeing them with their new families was so heart warming.

Last year I could not attend and the family that adopted Zoey was there and looking for me.  I felt so bad that I missed them.  This year the same thing happened.  They asked Kevin Omar if I was at the BASH and he brought them to me.  It was sooooo exciting to finally meet them and Zoey.  Standing right behind me was none other than our Web Mistress, Marsha Cook who did the home visit..so they got to meet her again too.  It was like a mini BONES family reunion.

Zoey was in foster care for months (thank you Shirley B).  This was going to be their first dog as a family and they faced many challenges with Zoey.  They followed my advice and took her to obedience class and really worked with her.  It was so nice to see them talk about Zoey, you could just feel the love they had for her.  Although she still has her quirks, they could not love her more.
